Getting Unexpected Error when trying to fulfill wtih FedEx
Is anyone else having problems? We were able to fulfill earlier today, but now we are getting an "Unexpected Error" message when we try to fulfill an order with integrated label checked and FedEx as the shipping carrier.
Also, when our sales reps try to enter orders, when they get to the part where they calculate shipping they get an error saying that it couldn't calculate the real time rate. Then it locks up.
I'm assuming something is going on with the integration between FedEx and NetSuite.
