Cannot use a \ in a Solution description
We are wanting to use the NetSuite Topic/Solution functionality and ran into another quirky issue that I am wondering if anyone has seen.
When we create a solution, if we have any backslash characters in the description, when we try to import the solution into a case (using the "Import Solution" field in a case form) the \ gets stripped out.
In the case of a file path, this "c:\support\archive" becomes "c:supportarchive".
I noticed too that, depending on the letter following the \, it may strip the letter entirely. Its as if the import thinks it is an html tag and strips it out (only it doesn't strip out things like < or >).
