Incorrect GL Impact on Receipts and Worksheets for Some Items

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:47PM in General 2 comments

Anyone else noticed that GL impact issues being wrong for some receipts and worksheets with items that use standard costing?  We have a client that is using standard costing and they imported inventory worksheets but the worksheets had the incorrect GL impact.  On top of that, the item receipts didn't have the correct GL impact either (no GL impact against the variance accounts).  This is throwing off their inventory valuation and variance accounts.

Support told us to not enter transactions so this is the second day that my client hasn't been able to enter transactions that post correctly.  I have a defect filed but support classified it as an S2 and seems to have no urgency in getting this resolved.  Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this issue at all.

Howdy, Stranger!
