Flaw in Netsuite printing of Sales Orders- if customer prints then we can't print.
A customer makes a Sales Order on our website. Then, they print their order once they have completed the checkout process. Therefore the order is not marked to be printed for us and we don't ship their order because it was never printed in our print queue of Sales Orders. These orders sometimes sit in Netsuite for a week before we discover that it didn't print or ship! This is a major bummer. Anyone else experience this or have a work around?
