Shipping = broke today. Second shipping bug reported this week

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:45PM in General 3 comments

We have already been dealing with a $0+$0 handling shipping issue that has made is disable PayPal.

Now, today we've received a credit card order online.  It had zero handling.  We click to edit the order in the NetSuite backend.  We remove the item and add it back to the sales order.  We click recalculate shipping and not only does it recalculate shipping higher than what the customer was charged.. it also adds the missing handling fee.

The same customer ordered again an hour later and it did everything correct.  So, it wasn't an issue with this customer's account.

This is getting VERY old. I don't know if these new bugs can be attributed to v2014.2, but if so ..this might have been the worst NS upgrade ever.  Are these issues only in site-builder sites?

Howdy, Stranger!
