I get an error when editing custom entry forms. This started this week after the update over the weekend.

I can duplicate this problem by doing the following.

1. Create customer record and save.
2. Click edit on customer record.
3. Click save on customer record. I will get the error message 'You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error.'

This error happens any time I try to open a customer to edit and save. This happens if I change information or if I save without changes.

Please advise.

This is causing some major backups in data processing.
