Grabbing the most recent comments from a task
Good Morning All!
I am trying to generate a report from NetSuite that looks at "Tasks" and reports back the most recent user-note added to the task. We use the tasks to track activities with a customer, typically assigned to a manager.
When I run the search, I have to use sub-fields to obtain this information. For example: "User Notes : Dates" and "User Notes : Memo"
When a user adds a note to the task, it has a time-stamp, the author, and the message written. When I report it back, it reports back all notes obviously. So to avoid this, I am grouping them. I have "Date" set to maximum, which works and gives me the most recent date a note was added. But when I do maximum for Author or Memo it brings back the alphabetical maximum and doesn't tie to the date.
