Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Anyone experiencing issue with emails to @cases.netsuite.com
cases.netsuite.com email address. We have several of our support email addresses forwarding to @cases.netsuite.com email addresses and have been working with our internal IT team. They are finding that they can not telnet to cases.netsuite.com and suspect that NetSuite is experiencing issues. Is anyone else out there having issues?
I have not yet created a case with NetSuite because I'm uncertain if the issue is on our side or NetSuite's
