Sandbox Refresh Problems - Status = "Delayed"

We submitted a refresh request on Friday(1/13) the status was changed to Delayed on Sunday, but we don't have access to the sandbox. The status is currently "Delayed" so we also have no idea on how long the Estimated refresh time is. We have contacted support and the response was . "Your Sandbox account is not online because refresh process has already started but there is an error that requires an intervention from our engineers.I regret to inform you that as of now there is no estimated time when this will be resolved." We have also contacted our account manager with similar results.
