Anyone having intermittent connection issues with NetSuite?

Started yesterday...

Intermittent issues where a 'This site can't be reached.  The connection was reset.' error intermittently happens.

Refreshing the page will sometimes eventually work.

The biggest problem with this is in our shipping department.  Our warehouse manager will be fulfilling an order with OzLink, and when saving the fulfillment receives an unexpected error popup.  When this happens, he loses all the fulfillment data and has to re-enter the entire fulfillment, losing the tracking info.  He has been voiding the entire shipment in WorldShip and starting over.

Is there a defect started for this?
