Paypal in NetSuite is down. Pitney-Bowes also went down.

We use Paypal (Payflow Pro) for all credit card processing.  It went down. Errors on every order. I don't know if it is related, but our Pitney-Bowes integration (address verification) with NetSuite quit working at the exact same time as Payflow Pro.
