Error When Updating Payroll Information

We're getting the following error code and message when trying to commit payroll updates. We've checked our workplace records, employee types, and employee records and nothing seems out of the ordinary. We did recently turn on OneWorld in production and are in the middle of configuring that, so it is likely related but we cannot figure out how to resolve the error.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error? We haven't pulled in NetSuite support yet.
