Max date Criteria ? - Sending pick-up reminder emails
I am looking to create a workflow to send weekly reminder emails to customers to pick up their goods. This is after they have received their "mark packed" fulfillment email and still haven't responded after a week.
Does anyone know how to create criteria that only finds customers who don't have a recent email ?
The closest I have come is returning multiple message results because I haven't figured out a way to find the latest message that meets the criteria.
I can't use max and a date, such as:
Formula(date):
max(case when ({messages.messagetype}='Email' and INSTR({messages.subject}, 'Pick-Up')) then {messages.messagedate})
0
