Sales Order Shipping Address Issues

Has anyone else noticed issues with shipping addresses on Sales Orders since the upgrade?

Our account upgraded to 2019.1 on Friday and we noticed at first that the shipping address from Sales Orders was not appearing on Advanced HTML/PDF forms for picking tickets.  If you go to edit the Sales Order to view the shipping address, it seems to disappear.  You can save the record and the address is still there, but the field appears to clear itself on edit.

As of this morning at 4:00 AM, sales orders coming in through suitelet only show a shipping country (when the entire address is present on the request).  If the order is created through web services or CSV, the order only has the zip code, state and country.  Orders created through the UI and through scheduled script seem to be okay.  The address will save properly if we manually edit the order and add the address back in.
