Slow

I am running on a fast, new Windows XP machine and Version 11 is very slow.  When I hover my mouse over the categories (i.e. Home, Activities, Customers, etc.) and wait for the sub-items to appear, it is VERY slow.  It was slow to begin with in previous versions, and with this release it is even slower.  Navigation in general across the board in Netsuite is slow, and I believe it is java related.  The only time I should have to wait extensively for the application is when I actually click on something - not when I hover my mouse
