Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Notification Of Maintenance Releases
Since the maintenance release of version 11.0.0.6, our application experienced three issues. Amongst these is the inability to create new sales orders.
My problem, above all else, is that I was not notified of these upcoming enhancements.
If I had been aware these enhancements were going to occur, I would have allowed ample time for troubleshooting, and verification of code integrity to ensure that the changes on NetSuite's end, didn't effect the operations of our company.
Did anyone receive a notice via e-mail about these enhancements? Perhaps I was just left out!?
