Can't Enter Time - Can't Reach Support!
Gee -- a great NetSuite morning. Here's my morning so far:
Trying to enter employee time, but every time I save the transaction, NetSuite rounds it to the full hour. I can't enter any partial hours. Seems to be a hitch in the weekend upgrade.
We were promised the free upgrade to silver support with the update to the 2007 version. When I call support and enter my account number, I get cut off. Appears the free upgrade never happened.
Left a message for my rep two hours ago -- he's still not in.
Finally got a switchboard operator -- she told me to try "
