Incorrect Roles shown on the Login Screen, Case#597447

I have just logged case #597447.  We have found, that since the upgrade of our account this weekend, we are seening incorrect labels for the roles shown on the login screen.

We run multiple companies under NetSuite, and when I log in, I should see 2 roles for each of two companies, instead, I see 4 roles total, and two are for each company, but the labels for the ones in the second company seem to be coming from the first company.  So, let's say my labels are:
- C1 Sales Person (Company 1)
- C1 Warehouse Manager (Company 1)
- C2 Sales Person (Company 2)
- C2 Warehouse Manager (Company 2)
