Advanced Taxes/Tax Nexus US and Canada

Wonder if anyone here has successfully created a Canadian tax setup in a US NetSuite a/c? I'm trying to do that in version 2007.0 and need to be able to automatically calculate the Cdn taxes in an online webstore as well as the US taxes. I realize that I can manually assign a tax code to customers individually if I set them up, but need to be able to do online sales to Canadian customers as well as US customers.
