Locked Out Of Beta! Upgrade Friday! Help!
Beta worked fine for me all last week doing testing. Then yesterday (monday) I attempt to login to beta...it takes me to the agreement screen - click continue - then to a screen to choose my role (odd, didn't do this last week, it just went straight to my beta version of my production account). I click on my admin role for my main account, and...an Unexpected Error occurs. (They should change the name, I have grown to expect them).
Anyone else have this problem? We are supposed to go live on Friday, and I called support yesterday and didn't receive much help. The only advice I received was to wait an hour or two and try it again and I should be able to log in. Well its been about 18 hours and it still isn't working. Anyone else? :mad:
