Performance

Hi -

I was wondering if anyone has any tips for increasing performance.  We have a couple things we're thinking about trying, and I'd be interested to hear from Netsuite employees what they think:

1.  Caching proxy: do caching proxies help?  I am concerned about a proxy possibly interfering with different users sessions, and whether anything would get cached at all, but it's one approach.

2.  T1s to Level 3 in San Jose:  we're an ISP and it's not a big problem for us to get transport from Level 3 purely for increasing our Netsuite performance.  We do not have a lot of latency to Netsuite's colo currently (avg 13ms), but we transit a couple networks along the way, and we are concerned that dropped packets here and there interfere with our frontline support staffs normal workflow.
