Disaster Recovery

In a previous thread, it was noted that Netsuite would be opening up another redundant data center as part of their IPO.  I don't see in any thread if this was completed.  Does Netsuite have a redundant data center outside of CA?  What's the process for implementing a disaster recovery test?  We would like to be able to verify and validate that this works (as opposed to being surprised during a crisis)
