Search results online incomplete
The standard global search from Netsuite is not generating proper results on our website. Is anyone else having this problem? You may want to check your sites.
Here is how I know there is a problem:
Try searching www.sailrite.com site using the word "bimini". It will return 5 results. It should return many more. For instance why is #33207 and #33211 not resulting. Then try a search for "bimini kit" and you will find #33207 shows up but #33211 does not. None of this makes any sense.
We would like to know what exactly the standard search uses for criteria. Is there a spot we can go to on the backend to see the criteria selection?
