Edit Pricing Schedules - Major Problem

We edited a price schedule for the first time today since the release.  We currently use schedule "1/10/100 Discount 2/5" and we have 9 different price levels. 

Here is the situation:  Edit the pricing on Level 1 and it is fine, level 2 still okay, level 3... DOES NOT CALCULATE CORRECTLY.  Level 4 also does not calculate correctly and is creating a new column of pricing on its own.  Level 5 also does not calculate correctly and it too will create the 5th column pricing on its own. 

Has anyone else noticed this?
