Can't fulfill sales orders + purchase orders
Yesterday it began but we didn't realize it until today. Sales orders aren't fulfilling and new purchase orders all of a sudden don't increase the quantity for 'on order' ...So, items that are in-stock end up on back order and we are concerned about ordering too much...ie; we have lost control of our inventory and we're at a standstill...again... I've been on hold for a long time (case #1242318) so thought I'd share in the event other users might be experiencing this same major glitch...
