Record popping

Hello,

We are investigating a new phone system and record popping within NetSuite is a must for any new system. I understand that there is a ShoreTel product that provides out of the box NetSuite integration.

I'd like to know if anybody out there has had experience of ShoreTel's product or have successfully used an alternative phone system for record popping.
