2012.2 Site Down for Hours... Still Not Up

Our NetSuite account has been down for hours.  There is no estimated fix time.  We've already paid Google over $500 today for clicks that go nowhere.

Is anyone else down?

Here is what we have currently from the NetSuite team. 

I informed you that your Database is currently being upgraded.

I will be setting the case to the highest severity level.

I apologized but there is no estimated time of fix yet.
