Changes to Duplicate Detection in 2013.1
Has anyone else run into problems with Duplicate Detection in 2013.1? It looks like it's changed from an end user perspective, and I've been fielding calls all morning.
Two big things we've noticed here:
1) When looking back at historical merge status as an administrator, we get errors like: Unexpected exception while loading dupe resolve job items. Reason:com.netledger.common.exceptions.NLUserError: You have specified an invalid Job Id
2) It seems like you can no longer merge two accounts if both have access to the webstore/customer center. Most of our duplicate accounts will both have access to the webstore (as we grant it via script to all customers), so this change is significantly impacting our workflow.
