mark packing slips as printed

we normally leave our packing slip date range set to all and it will show all unprinted packing slips when we navigate there after fulfilling and billing

we just created and new shipping & receiving user and that dashboard shows thousands of packing slips to print

how do we solve that issue, i can not find a function to turn off "allow repinting" on packing slips
