Fulfillment confirmation email

Hello;

Our customers want to see their Purchase Order # on the fulfillment confirmation email. I tried "Customize Web Site Text" for web site orders.

I am not sure where I can add <otherrefnum> so customers ordeing off line have their P.O. number on their confirmation email.
