our warehouse would like to talk to someone else's warehouse for ideas

The guy in charge of shipping our orders at our fulfillment contractor would like to talk to someone else on the fulfillment end of NetSuite, so they can compare notes, and ask some questions about how they streamline things.

Ideally it would be someone using a similar setup as us:

We do not use pick->pack->ship, but just approve->fulfill, with billing a separate step after that.  We print Sales Orders to use as our pick/packing slips, but I realize that's pretty unusual, so I'm not sure I'll find anyone using that exact system.

I think they mostly want to ask about entering fulfillment data like tracking numbers and ship date and actual postage, and probably also about quality-assurance check points and best practices with regards to that.
