Serial Number not showing in reports
We have followed all the steps of fulfillment, entering the appropriate serial numbers for items, etc. However when I run reports, the serial number field is empty (doesn't matter which of the multiple serial number fields I choose on the report either - I've tried them all!).
I can successfully run reports on items with serial numbers but this gives me all available serial numbers. I want to run reports on orders that have been fulfilled and see the serial numbers that were assigned. Only comes back empty.
Is the serial number basically broke in 11.x or is there something I need to be doing different to get the info for this field.
