UPS International
Yesterday we discovered that with shipping internationally with UPS Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Express the shipping costs were defaulting at a dimensional weight of 3lbs. for anything 1-3lbs. So as we entered in sales orders or customers ordered over the web, if they had items that were less than 3 lbs they were automatically quoted the 3lb weight. When we called Netsuite support, we were told this was a UPS- API error and we had to get UPS to update the API. After calling UPS, we received this message from UPS Automation
