Customs/NAFTA forms printed even to domestic - possible?

We ship a lot to Canada and do not have a problem shipping UPS with Netsuite - in fact, it works quite well, generating the customs invoice and nafta sheet all in one...pretty sweet.

The problem is sometimes we ship to a brokerage warehouse located in the US and they handle the customs stuff. They require a customs form and Nafta form. Is there anyway of forcing Netsuite to print the invoice/nafta even to domestic locations?
