Dimensional weight enhancement still needed
We ship several items that are light weight, but very bulky. One such item is sign posts. These particular ones are 90" long and weigh 5 lbs. UPS says that if an item weighs 5lbs, but it is oversize ...then the item will ship as 30 lbs because of it's "Dimensional weight". So, an easy solution is to just put in 30lbs for that item. Wrong. If we put 30lbs for that item, then NetSuite figures 120lbs for four of them. Well, we can fit up to four of them in the same box that we ship one of them
