FedEx -vs- UPS
We use UPS and the FedEx sales people just left. They say that they've gotten better, but I've got bad memories from using them for ground shipments back in 2004. Maybe what I know about them is a bit outdated. So, does anyone in here have a strong opinion about either carrier?
