Shipping not coming across to RMA document

Hi Folks,

I'm sure this is easy and something i've overlooked.. but i did pore through the forums and have found nothing similar so forgive me if it was there previously.

We have the shipping turned on in Netsuite and it works fine on our SO's and Invoices.   However, we've noticed that when we do an RMA from an Invoice that the shipping costs do not pull across and i cannot seem to add in the Shipping Cost form ( netsuite ID is "shippingcost" ).  So right now we're forced to manually add the item "shipping and handling" as an item and put in the value of the shipping.
