UPS integration calculating with ZERO weight?

Hi all.  I have noticed since last Friday, the Calculate Rate button for shipping brings back a dollar amount, even though there is no or ZERO weight for the item being shipped.  HELP!  I have tried everything I can think of to figure out why this is happening.  All suggestions would be helpful at this point!
