Make Fulfillment Tracking Number Globally Searchable
Every week UPS calls us about a shipment and the first thing they say is "im calling about package shipped on tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Its almost always an international order that needs some attention, so they just go straight to the tracking number before attempting to pronounce (and inevitably butchering) the customers name.
Is there a way to make the tracking number field of an item fulfillment be globally searchable via the global search at the top of the netsuite screen?
