Preventing negative inventory
Hi,
Sometimes we run into the issue of having negative inventory occur in some of our bins.
How does this even happen if NetSuite is set to show an error message if there is insufficient/mismatched quantity in a bin vs. the fulfillment quantity, and what is the best way to prevent negative inventory? Another thing we have is that we have two users simultaneously fulfilling different orders, so is it just a matter of their timelines crossing without allowing the system sufficient time to update the live inventory quantities?
