NetSuite Address confusion at time that the UPS label is printed.
We use OzlInk with NetSuite. Is this an Ozlink issue OR a NetSuite issue?
OK, lets say a customer ships to #10 Main Street and they click the button to DEFAULT #10 Main Street as their default shipping address. Then, 3 months later they order online again and this time they ship to #11 Broadway, but they don't change their default shipping address to #11 Broadway. What happens? Well, the Sales order has the right address for the new order (#11 Broadway). The cash sale has the right address for the new order (#11 Broadway). The fulfillment record has the right address for the new order (#11 Broadway). The UPS label however has
