calculate the number of packages for a kit fulfilled by integrated shipping
hi folks,
Integrated Shipping using UPS, Kit comprised of 2 member items, each of the member items ship individually, yet NetSuite only creates 1 package for an order of the kit.
e.g.
Kit AB comprised of Item A and Item B. Items A and B are set to ship individually
An order for 1 Item A and 1 Item B creates 2 shipping labels
An Order for Kit AB only creates 1 Shipping label.
i.e. order the members individually and it creates the correct number of packages. Order them as a Kit and NetSuite assumes that both items ship in the same package, even if the size and weight of the member items exceed the size of the custom package.
