CASE statement with multiple conditions
My phone system automatically saves a paragraph of diagnostic information to the "message" or "memo" text field of call records.
Somewhere in the paragraph of diagnostic data there is a "call type" code that looks like this 'Call Type:Unt 2' Theres an Unt 1, Unt 2, Unt 3...Unt 8
What I would like to do is setup a text formula that basically says:
IF {memo} contains 'Call Type: Unt 0', then display 'Sales Call' in this column
OR IF {memo} contains 'Call Type: Unt 1', then display 'Customer Service Call' in this column
OR IF {memo} contains 'Call Type: Unt 2', then display 'Billing Call' in this column
