I've just finished setting up our web store and have done some test orders, they seem to go through fine, BUT if & when new customers start using our store how do we know there's open orders out there?  I can only find my test orders my entering in the confirmation e-mail I received.  It's not under Items to fulfill or under the enter items list nor under open orders, I also can't find a report that states these are web orders that need to be fulfilled.  What am I missing.
