Changing email template for password retrieval

I want to utilize NetSuite's built in password retrieval capability but it seems the template for the email sent out to users ("Web store password retrieval") is not accessible to edit.

Is this accessible using Advanced Site Customization? If not, is there anyway to edit this template (or override it with our own)?
