Is my site secure?

Hi
We have received complaints from a number of customers over the last week or so regarding the security of our site (www.ashridgetrees.co.uk). 

The complaints are all that there is either NO secure padlock shown on the Review and Submit Order page or (worse??) that there is a crossed out Verisign Trust Network padlock with an "unauthenticated content" warning message.

Not good for online business.  Anyone else have the same?
