Items in Shopping Cart on Dashboard

I watched the ecommerce webex a few weeks ago and noticed the presentation dashboard had a report with consumers who had items in their shopping carts. I think it listed their name, amount, and maybe items.

Does anyone know how to pull this data?

I know i can run an abandonment report, but it would be ideal to know which customers where about to buy and what items they had in their cart.
