Add to Cart button doesn't work (IMPORTANT)
I posted this Saturday with a different title and it was ignored, so I'm trying again to find out about this very important issue.

OK, we had a customer call today unable to place an order. When he would click in the Add to Cart button nothing would happen. This sounded like an issue with Java Script being disabled.
I'm not sure when this changed (i.e. V.11 or an upgrade since), but there used to be a warning near the top of every page telling visitors that they would need to enable Java Script for the site to work properly.
