Froogle Images

We are having trouble displaying our store images in Froogle because the image needs to be freindly URL i.e. http://www.domain.com/image.jpg rather then a script like http://www.devicewire.com/core/media/media.nl?id=3808&c=519425&h=7c06f2fae1d7f02da545. The files are set to available without login but still no image displays. Any ideas anyone?
