ok, so we have the domain www.caretekergonomics.com and our netsuite website is http://shopping.netsuite.com/caretek

i went through the steps, i go caretekergonomics.com pointed at netsuite, and set up the domain name (also, when its selected it automatically goes to www.caretekergonomics.com/caretek) and there is an error.

so i turned it off, and and caretekergonomics, redirects to shopping.netsuite.com/caretek fine.
